No matter what time of year, when visiting Ocean City, New Jersey, you will be pleasantly surprised at the abundance of things to do. This exhilarating seaside resort has been a favorite family vacation spot for more than 100 years! If you are looking for the perfect place for a family getaway, Ocean City provides excitement for all ages and all budgets.

During the day, the entire family can enjoy a multitude of activities such as jet skiing, surfing, taking a fun-filled cruise around the bay, going for a bike ride, or playing miniature golf. Be sure to visit The Bayside Center, which was built in 1910, and is comprised of an environmental, historical, and recreational facility. Another unique opportunity in Ocean City is the one-hour Beachwalk, where guests will travel down a guided, winding trail as they gain first-hand knowledge of the various types of birds, sand, sea life, and seashells.

In the evening, nothing can compare to a casual stroll along the Boardwalk, watching the sun as it sets over the ocean's horizon. While the adults enjoy the panoramic view, the kids will enjoy traditional attractions such as the 140-foot Ferris Wheel, roller coasters, bumper cars, water rides, and more. To complete your adventure on the Boardwalk, be sure to visit the unique shops where you can buy souvenirs for family and friends. From January through December, Ocean City is buzzing with activity. This is one destination you do not want to miss experiencing!
