We always go to Jayson's Pancake House when we vacation on LBI. They have the best breakfast on the Island. Their portions are huge and the food is excellent. You may have to wait to get in, but it is well worth the wait. If you visit LBI make sure you go there!!!!! sara (9/3/2004)
I've worked at jayson's pancake house for the past 2 years. I've also lived on long beach island my entire life and there is no place like jayson's pancakes! of all of the breakfast places to eat, jayson's has the best of everything. And if you do wander in one day, you have to try the peanut butter chocolate chip pancakes, they are amazing.
