They get 3 for effort/view...seafood is so so, no real flavor in any of the dishes I have had there. I mean the king crab/lobster/fried items are good because there is one step involved and difficult to mess up as long as you are using fresh ingredients which I believe they do use (except for king crab as all crab legs everywhere come precooked/forzen FYI). However anything that is not steamed or fried stay away from it is all bland and so so...plus service kind is kind of slow and food is no cheaper then comparable places on the Island. Great place to go once for view but after that not worth it.

I enjoyed an outstanding fried shrimp dinner and my husband always orders Alaskan Crab Legs. We dine there overlooking the bay everytime we go to Beach Haven, NJ. It is BYOB, however.
