Without a doubt, Shriver's has the best salt water taffy in Ocean City. The best part is picking out a variety of flavors and seeing how the taffy is processed, made and wrapped. Try to get one of those cool blow up taffy balloons when they give them away also. The location on the boardwalk is also ideal.
