There are a ton of Bed & Breakfast listings for Cape May - any suggestions on which one to pick for a romantic Valentine's weekend?

Quite a few B&B's have special deals for Valentine's Day such as gift certificates for their restaurants, a bottle of champagne, box of chocolates, dessert for 2, etc... Check out The Peter Shields Inn, Alexander's Inn, Rhythm of the Sea, Congress Hall, and the Carroll Villa Hotel to name a few.

My fave is the Macomber Inn, which is nicely situated oceanfront with a huge veranda, has a casual restaurant (Lulu's, good for breakfast) at its base, bike rental and a little gift shop as well. Inside is lovely with a very nice formal restaurant, and the rooms are beautiful. Nice service as well, very attentive. It is right next to the beautiful Stockton mini golf range (I wouldn't recommend the Stockton Inn.) The Cape Winds Motel is cheap and clean if you are on a budget. The Columbia House is also nice although I haven't stayed there in years.
